When you wear |

¨ç Hold the Hico as the side for wearing goes toward your face, and turn an upper regulator dial(L/H) to the end of the left(L). Let two ring-shaped correction silicones(white) down, leaving space between them as wide as possible
¨è Insert each ring-shaped correction silicone(white) into your nose as deep as possible.
Turn the regulator dial(L/H) to the right(H) again, and the correction silicones(white) will be lifted upward, which makes your nose high. |

When you take off |
|
Turn the regulator dial to the left(L), and let each correction silicone(white) down the very bottom. After space between the silicones are the widest, take off the Hico.
¡Ý When you disinfect the silicones : Wipe only the silicones with absorbent cotton or gauze of alcohol or hydrogen peroxide.

How to measure your higher nose
fore you use the Hico, you take a picture of your face in profile with a digital camera. After you use it for 3 months or so, you take a picture of your face in profile again. Set the two pictures with the same size percentage on the computer and compare your current nose with your ex-nose. You can enjoy a miracle.
Caution
When you start to use the Hico, you should turn the regulator dial to the right to the extend your nose is a little higher (naturally) not too higher. At first, you had better use it less intensely and 1 or 2 weak later, you can lift your adapted nose higher than before, so that you can avoid pain or strain on the cartilage bone of your nose. If you turn the regulator dial to the end of the right(H), you feels painful on your nose. In that case, you should lower the silicones. When you suffer from pain because your first intensive use pulls and lifts the skin and cartilage bone of your nose by force, lower the silicones or stop using this product for 1 or 2 days. Then the pain disappears and there isn't any side effect like that from a cosmetic surgery.
