2 oz CNI Ginseng Coffee mix
(1 sachet G.C in 2 oz warm water)
2 scoops Vanilla / Chocolate ice-cream
Blend until frothy.Combine all in order.
Top with 1 more scoop of ice-cream

1 tablespoon Bailey Irish Cream
4 oz CNI Ginseng Coffee Mix
(2 sachets G.C in 4 oz warm water)
¨ö cup milk
1 - 1¨ö cup ice
Blend until smooth -
Garnish with whipped cream or add BOBA (Tapioca
Balls), if desired.

Granita / Frozen Drink:
1. Cappuccino Latte Granita
4 oz CNI Ginseng Coffee Mix
(2 sachets G.C in 4 oz warm water)
¨ö cup vanilla flavored cream powder
4 cups ice (16 oz)
Combine all in order.
Blend until smooth -
Garnish with whipped cream or add BOBA (Tapioca
Balls), if desired.
Pour into tall glass & serve

Gincafe Mocha Smoothie
2 oz (1/8 cup) half & half
2 oz CNI Ginseng Coffee Mix

2 tbsp Chocolate milk powder
2 cups ice (8 oz)
